Latency

Its all about latency.

The response time for the GO! network is slow compared to Espeed. Maybe that's why some people still staying on it. I'm sure it can be improved by either adding an uplink direct to the US instead of going through STIX which seems to be the source of all this lag and slow-downs at night. Enough said.

PS: Issue is STIX (Singtel exchange) is always congested. US uplink helps with routing.
