Producing a video from a digital source to mimick film is not easy. Film has a very distinct character that seems impossible to achieve. A lot of people have tried.. many have fail.. because of all the elements that make up the cinematic film look, the analog grain has been hardest to reproduce from a digital source. The big production houses out there in Hollywood would have no problems in doing this.. but little people like us.. well...

The color grade for this video is inspired from the movie 300.

I'm currently processing the HM62 video into this and will see how it looks like. The process itself is going to take about a day to two days just to process and render the video. Once that is done, I will have to re-sync back the audio.

Keeping my fingers crossed.
